Working with the country’s leading high growth businesses, Venture Capitalists and Private Equity funds, Thomond works across a broad range of international and domestic clients including the sports, leisure, tech, fashion, retail and e-commerce sectors.


We are looking for a passionate and energetic Account Manager to work across a number of hugely exciting consumer and B2B accounts in the retail, leisure and tech sectors.

As a rapidly growing company ourselves, we are looking for a highly ambitious candidate who is able to work closely with the Directors and take the lead across a number of accounts. The position is ideal for someone who wants to quickly progress their career. They must be able to lead high level client relationships and closely manage the account team.

With new client wins every month, we are seeking someone with great energy and passion to grow their career as the position will enable the right candidate to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

  • Supporting the Directors on creation of strategy
  • Lead successful day-to-day implementation of accounts
  • Manage high level client relationships
  • Manage team of account executives and assistants
  • Get actively involved in new business development
  • Drive forward the company’s profile

The candidate should have the following skills:

  • Excellent media relations
  • Experience in creating content plans
  • Very strong writing skills
  • Experience of integrated digital campaigns
  • An ability to think strategically
  • An ability to successfully work across multiple accounts
  • Experience in managing a team and nurturing junior talent

  • The job will be based in Parson’s Green, London
  • Salary: competitive and based on experience
  • Typical hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm (although there may be requirement to work later on some occasions)
