From a background in sports sponsorship consultancy, Rupert has delivered integrated marketing campaigns agency-side for the likes of PUMA, Standard Chartered Bank and Merrell. He oversees the delivery of all Thomond’s client campaigns, taking into account financial goals, restraints and targets, and ensuring that each business has the right marketing tactics at each stage of its development.

Rupert makes sure the right resource is assembled by Thomond to drive growth for the client, whether it’s a fully outsourced marketing department, or an extension of an in-house marketing team.

Her accolades include launching start-up hospitality businesses in Australia as well as cluster marketing for luxury 5-star hotel and hospitality groups Marriott, Starwood, Accor, and more recently for London’s St Pancras Renaissance Hotel.

Ruthie works closely with Thomond’s clients, helping to deliver digital and brand marketing plans, with a particular emphasis on tracking using bespoke marketing trading models.
