The Role

Thomond is rapidly becoming the go to marketing partner for the most exciting high growth businesses across Europe and the US.

We are looking for an experienced Account Director to join the team to head up a portfolio of client campaigns.

The offices are based in West London but are likely to be moving to central London in Summer 2021. We are happy for staff to work from home so long as they are available to come to the office at least once a fortnight.


The successful candidate will be responsible for working with Thomond’s Partners to develop client strategies and then lead the day-to-day campaign management. This will involve being the daily point of contact with clients and managing the supplier network, including:

  • Gaining a strong understanding of Thomond’s behavioural science and psychology techniques to then build into campaign strategies
  • Briefing and managing the relevant partners in our network (i.e. paid for social, digital, media buying etc) to successfully deliver the campaigns
  • Managing clients on a day-to-day business including reporting on KPIs
  • Supporting the Partners in leading new business development and running workshops


The candidate will need to have:

  • Excellent understanding and proven experience in creating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Very strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping businesses grow
  • A can-do attitude and single-minded focus on achieving results
