Before co-founding Thomond in 2013, Jonathon spent more than a decade creating marketing strategies for some of the world’s largest brands including Samsung, BT and Vodafone. As an entrepreneur himself, he is passionate about giving businesses completely impartial and insight-based marketing strategies that lead to measurable growth.

Rosanagh De Stacpoole

Co-Founder
Head of Operations

Rosanagh has delivered award-winning PR and media campaigns for clients including BMW, Intercontinental Hotel Group and the London 2012 Olympics. Prior to Thomond she founded a successful PR start-up for FMCG and fashion SMEs, which led to her vision of changing the way high growth businesses access relevant full-service marketing support.

Rosanagh is passionate about client service and overseeing Thomond’s operations she enables our clients to receive the best possible, seamless and flexible service partnership.

Rupert Hains

Director
Head of Delivery

From a background in sports sponsorship consultancy, Rupert has delivered integrated marketing campaigns agency-side for the likes of PUMA, Standard Chartered Bank and Merrell. He oversees the delivery of all Thomond’s client campaigns, taking into account financial goals, restraints and targets, and ensuring that each business has the right marketing tactics at each stage of its development.

Rupert makes sure the right resource is assembled by Thomond to drive growth for the client, whether it’s a fully outsourced marketing department, or an extension of an in-house marketing team.

Niamh Mullan

Creative Account Manager

Clients love working with Niamh. As a communications professional with a creative background, and having worked both client and agency side, Niamh speaks everyone’s language. This allows her to manage projects effortlessly and ensure everything is well communicated and coordinated. From developing and coordinating quarterly and annual strategies and plans, to directing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.

Her clients’ industries have covered fashion, retail, automotive (Kia Motors), technology (Nutanix), and finance. Having worked in Belfast, New York, and in London, including for Thomson Reuters, Thomond is ever thankful that her talent is on board for our clients.

Hélène Linstrum

Senior Account Manager

Hélène brings dynamite to brands. Already having household names under her belt such as Charlotte Tilbury, Victoria Secret, MAC, Pepsi, Gatorade, Puma, and Adidas, her knowledge is worth gold. In addition to FMCG and fashion, her dexterity also extends to hospitality, energy, technology, and medical industries. A marketing communications professional with client side and creative agency experience, Hélène cuts to the chase to deliver clear and consistent work with a no-nonsense approach.

With experience across the Middle East and the UK, Helene ensures clients correctly adapt to differing nuances that come with marketing across various cultures. From start to finish, she will coordinate your marketing plan, develop and manage your strategy, and ensure the proper execution of your integrated marketing campaign (BTL, ATL, TTL).
