The Role

Thomond is rapidly becoming the go to marketing partner for the most exciting high growth businesses across Europe and the US. With revenues having doubled in the past 12 months, largely driven from recommendations and referrals we are now looking to activate our own marketing strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the growth strategy with the directors and then leading the day-to-day implementation. Ideally the role is for 3 days per week but we are open to a permanent role.

The offices are based in West London but are likely to be moving to central London in Summer 2021. We are happy for staff to work from home so long as they are available to come to the office at least once a fortnight.


Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for creating and successfully managing a brand and lead generation campaign which specifically includes:

  • Update the website with addition of new content and turning it into an effective platform for capturing and nurturing leads
  • Creating content for lead generation and thought leadership campaigns
  • Distribution of thought leadership campaign across LinkedIn and relevant social channels to drive community building and ultimately lead generation
  • Distribution of thought leadership campaign for Thomond through media partners and PR
  • Developing partnerships with ‘gatekeeper’ businesses that are already working with Thomond’s target audience

 

Skills

The candidate will need to have:

  • Excellent written skills
  • Proven understanding of content marketing and ability to execute to the highest standard
  • Basic skills in picture, video and podcast editing
  • Very strong organisational skills to be able to run multiple marketing channels
  • Clear communication skills so they can work closely with the Directors
  • A can-do attitude and single-minded focus on achieving results
  • A strong understanding of the scale up community and good connections would be preferred

 

Salary & Incentives  

  • The salary will be highly competitive and based on relevant experience and skillset
