Prior to Thomond she founded a successful PR start-up for FMCG and fashion SMEs, which led to her vision of changing the way high growth businesses access relevant full-service marketing support.

From a background in sports sponsorship consultancy, Rupert has delivered integrated marketing campaigns agency-side for the likes of PUMA, Standard Chartered Bank and Merrell. He oversees the delivery of all Thomond’s client campaigns, taking into account financial goals, restraints and targets, and ensuring that each business has the right marketing tactics at each stage of its development.
Rupert makes sure the right resource is assembled by Thomond to drive growth for the client, whether it’s a fully outsourced marketing department, or an extension of an in-house marketing team.

With experience across the Middle East and the UK, Helene ensures clients correctly adapt to differing nuances that come with marketing across various cultures.
